Why Hanlon Industries?
Our approach to getting the job done
Whether it’s an existing client with a multi-million dollar project or a new client engaging us for the first time, our focus is always the same: to ensure our client’s project goals are not only achieved but exceeded.
Our commitment to safety
We practise what we preach when it comes to safety and well-being. We have achieved and maintained certification to ISO9001, AS4801 and ISO14001 standards, as well as CM3 accreditation.
Our site crews and in-house trades
We employ a variety of experienced tradespeople from across engineering, manufacturing, maintenance and building services. Our site crews are fully equipped and available 24/7 to deploy to sites across Australia.
Our experienced leadership and project teams
Diversity is key when building a great team. We have engineers and construction managers with decades of experience and driven tradespeople who have engaged in further study.
Our complete in-house capabilities
We offer complete in-house solutions including concepts, design, project management, manufacturing, construction and labour hire.
Our Steel Fabrication workshops
In Geelong, Victoria, we have an impressive 18,500 sqm fully equipped workshop, and in inner-west Sydney, we have two workshops with a combined total area of 1,500 sqm. The key to our success is our highly-skilled and experienced technical, fabricating and rigging staff.
Our on-going stability
We have continued to experience strong growth since we began operations in 2000. Our stability stems from being a second-generation family business and having long-term relationships with external professionals and industry groups. Managing risks and working with reputable, blue-chip clients have also ensured our enduring success.
Our continual support to local communities
We are proud supporters of local community organisations like Give Where You Live, Barwon Health Foundation and GenU.
History
Our head office and heavy manufacturing base is in Geelong, Victoria, and it is from here that we service many of our clients.
In response to strong demand, we commenced operations at our second workshop in Botany, NSW in 2013. The expansion of our operations into NSW has been extremely successful, and we continue to experience robust growth. This has resulted in the purchase of our third workshop in Alexandria, NSW in late 2018.
We work across Australia in a variety of industries, including Transport, Port, Rail, Water, Resources, Urban Development and Energy.
Our Values
Hanlon Industries is committed to providing a safe and stimulating work environment. We know how important it is for all our team members to achieve a healthy balance between home and work, and we remain focused on being an understanding and flexible employer.
